Ongwediva Renewable Energy Branch Opening
Pupkewitz Megatech first diversified into solar energy in 2017 and has since then positioned itself as a solution provider in the small to large scale solar industry.
With growth – it is clear to see with the increase in demand for solar energy in Namibia, that Pupkewitz Megatech was spot on with the diversification into solar in 2017.
It was for this reason that we opened the 1st standalone solar retail store in Windhoek in Feb 2020.
With our Ongwediva branch showing increase in demand for solar products, it was decided to open the 2nd solar retail store where we are today.
Just for interest sake – our Solar store in Windhoek is running of grid with an 11kW system installed and Revov batteries as back-up.
When we first started to branch out into solar, it was from a small corner in the Windhoek Megatech branch. Over the past 4 years, we saw exponential growth and interest in the solar industry, and the advantages that solar technology offers both to communities and to the wellbeing of the environment.
